Revista Raíces «Desafíos constitucionales» II Edición

This issue of Raíces is dedicated to generating a concrete contribution to the political debate that will take place in the constituent process that has just begun (April 2021). It is not an easy objective in the context of this constituent process, where sometimes it seems that the space for thought is increasingly narrow and even despised.

The experience of recent years has taught us that the saying that used to be repeated by some Social Christians of the last century is still valid: "to reform in time is to conserve."
